Sports are easily forgotten these days as anything more than head-to-head combat for leisure entertainment. Yifei Kevin Niu, as a seventeen-year-old young American, reminds us all of what sportsmanship really means in this highly educational book. In a geopolitically fractured world today, we all should remember from the history that Kevin’s book narrates that even the fiercest competition in the Olympic Games could bring about the best of humanity towards cooperation, unity, peace, and harmony, however adversarial circumstances had become. It is a very worthy read for any citizens of the world who are concerned but hopeful about our future.
